Once you've decided to enlist a bail bond professional, you'll submit an application for payment assistance. Should your request be granted and the agency chooses to provide the total percentage of the bail amount, the agency then contacts the court and posts the bail. Your loved one will then be released from custody.
The bail bond agency will be paying the fine on the defendant's behalf and will therefore be responsible for the fee should the defendant fail to make required court appearances.
